CHAIRPERSON	Sr. Pastor Rae Casteel Orozco—GRACE TO THE NATIONS, Tucson, AZ Pastor Rae is the Senior Pastor of Grace To The Nations, a dynamic, multi-cultural church in Tucson, Arizona; the largest church in the United States led by a woman. She ministers powerfully in evangelistic crusades and revival conferences throughout the United States, Canada, Asia, and Latin America. In 2011 she was the 2nd Evangelical minister and the first women to be invited to speak for the All Nations Chapel service at the United Nations in New York. Pastor Rae was recently honored by the her peers and the community of Tucson, as a recipient of the 2011 Tucson Woman of Influence award.
	Pastor LaNora Morin– FOUNTAINGATE MINISTRIES, Mesa, AZ LaNora is the President of FountainGate Ministries International and Executive Pastor of Fountain of Life Fellowship, Gilbert, AZ.  Her ministry of excellence is evident as she shares prophetically the full revelation of the Word. She is the author of “FORTY DAYS TO FREEDOM, Call Your Backslidden Children Into Their Destiny”  and “BREAKTHROUGH ANOINTING, Divine Strategies for a Life of Spiritual Power.”
	Pastor Marla Reid—GRACE TO THE NATIONS, Tucson AZ TRUSTNU MUSIC MINISTRIES, San Diego, CA Marla is devoted to impacting communities and individuals with the message of God’s unchanging love and life restoration through dynamic, inspiring Music and the spoken Word of God. The founder of Trust NU Music Ministries, she divides her time serving as Worship Pastor at Grace to the Nations, Tucson, AZ, and ministering both Nationally and Internationally.
	Pastor Jan Anderson—VICTORY WORSHIP CENTER, Tucson, AZ Jan has served in pastoral ministry for over 30 years; currently with her husband as Senior Pastors at Victory Worship Center in Tucson, Arizona. Jan established a Prayer Council that under her direction, administers various ministries, including Tucson Healing Rooms and 24/7 Prayer. Her passion for women has been evident in her leadership of Women’s Ministries for over twenty years.
	Pastor Carol Torres—GRACE TO THE NATIONS, Tucson, AZ Executive Assistant/Pastor at Grace to the Nations. A visionary and founding member of The Company of Women, she acts as the Chief Administrator for the organization.  Carol is an ordained minister of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel and currently serves as Divisional Superintendent for Southern Arizona.

 

 

THE COMPANY- WHO WE ARE

“The Lord gave the word and great was the company of those (women) who proclaimed it” Psalm 68:11“

THE COMPANY” of Women Conference was birthed in the summer of 2006. Pastor Rae Orozco, Pastor Jan Anderson, Pastor LaNora Van Arsdall, Pastor Carol Torres and Pastor Marla Reid had just finished ministering at a women’s retreat and were having lunch together. This was the first time some of them had experienced each others’ ministry. As they shared with each other a unique bond was formed and they felt called to come together for the purpose of challenging the women of the southwest to a tangible awareness of God’s purpose for their lives.

As pastors and directors of entirely separate ministries, they linked arms and formed rank in order to call together the women of the southwest; to prepare them to take their place in the end-times army of God. They prayed and sought God together to engineer a conference where women would be healed, challenged and ignited as they moved towards becoming “kindling” for the revival prophesied for this region.

In 2009 we hosted our first Enlistment Brunch – inviting Senior Pastors (women) and the wives of Senior Pastors to a vision casting time of fellowship, where they could get to know one another, and engage in carrying the vision back to their own churches. The Lord later enlarged the vision to include opportunities for the encouragement of those women who are senior pastors or the wives of senior pastors – and thus The Company Forum was initiated.

Empowerment- by the truth of God's Word, by the power of the Holy Spirit and through relationship.
